Mongolia 3・Merino yak thread, a sport weight wire made of Merino and yak wool.
The yak cashmere used comes from the Khangai Mountains Breeders Cooperative, an eco-fair trade co-founded by Fonty and AVSF (Agronomists and Veterinarians Without Borders) in Mongolia. Every spring, local herders comb and collect these meticulous yak cashmere for only about 100g per head, which is very precious.
Merino with pure white coat color is easier to dye than yak cash, while yak down with gray, brown and dark brown black, blended with Merino, with natural tweed mixed color, feel warm and soft, twist, ribbing and other patterns are quite three-dimensional.
Mongolia 3 is 100% natural wool thread, this type of wire, after washing, will become softer, bloom fine fluff bloom, in twist, ribbing and other patterns will also be more pronounced.
