Currently, we offer post office shipping, Supermarket 7-11 and Family Pure Pick-up service.

International Order:

This system currently only sets taiwan orders, but we are very welcome to order internationally, please email to [email protected], we will serve you.

In this online store's system setting, now we can only ship within Taiwan, but we are happy to ship worldwide.

**Orders outside of Taiwan are shipped with registered mail.

**Items being shipped outside of Taiwan may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and possibly extra fees levied by the destination country. The responsibility of payment of these fees is for buyers, not Lucid Islet Knitting Labo.

**We are not responsible for lost parcels. It is something that happens very rarely but still can occur. If you want to be sure to receive your parcels, please choose tracked mail.
